Northside Family Dentistry

Associate Dentist

July 2023--present

  • Managing a seven operatory, comprehensive care, fee for serve practice as the sole clinician.

  • Producing an average of 100k per month in 3 days/week with same-day crown capability, IV sedation and bread and butter dentistry.

  • Team includes an average of 2-3 hygienists, 3 assistants, 2 front desk. Running two columns hygiene, one column new patients, 2 columns operative/surgery, 1 column same-day dentistry

Golden Oak Sedation Dental and Implant Center 

Associate Dentist

July 2023--present

  • Working as a clinical provider in a start-up multi-doctor surgical practice with a focus on comprehensive surgical care and IV sedation.

  • Team subset included 1-2 patient service representatives, 2-3 surgical assistants, 1-2 hygienists. Running 2 columns of new implant patient consults, 1 column hygiene, 1-2 columns of post-operative care/operative, 1 column of surgery.  

  •   Case Load: Full-arch/hybrid treatment planning, full mouth extractions with immediate denture delivery, locator overdentures, implant placement in healed sites, extraction and grafts, up to full arch crown and bridge

  • Working an average of 70 hours per week in clinical environments varying from emergency room, hospital inpatient, traditional clinical and operating room settings.  Responsible for 24/7 call for UT Medical Center. IV Conscious Moderate Sedation

Comprehensive Certification in the State of Tennessee. Sedating patients weekly for invasive or long procedures, or anxious patients for routine dentistry. 

Experience with oral sedation for anxious patients who may not want to be sedated.
